The students of the University of Quito developed this drink prepared “based on spirulina, passion fruit, and coconut water, which is characterized by being a product with a large number of proteins and minerals that provide it with nutritional qualities.” This drink is characterized by being composed of “2.4% spirulina and 28.4% passion fruit”.
