How should I take it, how should I use it?
You can take it before training for an extra energy or after exercise to speed up recovery. If you take it before training, remember to take your shake at least one hour before your workout. Mix a 60g scoop in water, skimmed milk or vegetable milk. If you wish, you can give it an extra energy by adding a fruit such as a banana.
