How can I place an order?

-Add it to your basket and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
-During the checkout process, enter your shipping details and payment method and confirm.
-You will receive an email confirmation with the order details.

We accept the most common methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Bizum, etc.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
-We offer **free shipping** on orders over £60.
-For orders below this amount, a shipping cost will be applied (depending on the area).
-Delivery times depend on the location and the carrier: normally between 24-72 hours on the peninsula (or depending on the region).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship orders outside Spain. The cost and delivery times will depend on the destination country and the logistics service used.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If the order has not yet been processed (prepared for shipment), you can request to modify or cancel it. Contact our customer service department as soon as possible to arrange the change.
