Shipping
At Beverly Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring that every order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. To achieve this, we work with trusted courier companies and apply internal control processes at every stage of shipping.
1. Shipping scope
We currently ship throughout the entire national territory (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Conditions for international shipments will be detailed in a separate section (see below).
2. Shipping costs within Spain
- Orders equal to or greater than €60 qualify for free shipping.
- For orders below this amount, a flat rate of €7.90 will be applied for transportation and handling costs.
3. Delivery times
- The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation.
- During special promotions, sales, or high-volume campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended.
- Shipments are made Monday through Friday (excluding national and local holidays).
4. Order tracking
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number provided by the courier company, allowing them to check the shipping status at any time.
5. Delivery conditions
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
- If the customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact them to schedule a new delivery at no additional cost.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct. Beverly Nutrition is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
6. Incidents and delays
If, due to circumstances beyond Beverly Nutrition’s control (strikes, weather conditions, carrier logistics issues, etc.), the order is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
