When to take it?
- Women Protein Shake: Mix 1 scoop (35 g) with water, milk, or a plant-based drink. It can be taken after training, between meals, or as a complement to a meal to increase daily protein intake.
- Creatine Monohydrate Creapure® + Coenzyme Q10: Mix 3 g in 200 ml of water and take daily, before or after training. You can also continue taking it on rest days.
- Collagen For Her: Take 1 vial per day, preferably during breakfast. Shake for approximately 10 seconds before consuming.
- Cellu Shape For Her: Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably with meals.
